A doctor or a clinic has the right to refuse you an abortion, also you need to fulfill the criteria of the MTP Act of India to undergo an abortion.
Clinic and doctors may refuse to take part in an abortion process on the grounds of conscience or personal choice but in that situation they should be able to refer you to another doctor.
The general ethical code for doctor advises that doctors have a right to choose their patients but should not refuse you once you are already under their treatment for the same condition.
