You have a right to confidentiality and if you are more than 18 years of age you can give your own consent for your not keeping the baby. Even if you do not want to involve any of your family members, it is best to bring any other relative or friend along who you can trust to be with you during the procedure.
No one else like your husband/parents may not be told if you do not want them to know. You must inform the clinic staff and your doctor for the same and you then are responsible to undertake all the risks of the procedure yourself.
