When will my periods come after the abortion?
Return of periods is variable after an abortion and may take anywhere from three to six weeks. However, your ovaries may get active before that and start producing eggs. It is not uncommon for couples to conceive immediately after the abortion and not getting even a single period in between. Return to fertility may occur before your periods have come so if you do not wish to conceive again, you must use a good contraception.
